Elegant and Sophisticated
Our cherished partnership with Pelee Island Winery continues with our luxurious Cabernet Balsamic Mustard.
We chose Pelee Island Winery Lighthouse Cabernet Franc for its ripe, fruity flavour and ability to pair well with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables.
With approximately 40% red wine by volume, this premium Ontario cabernet franc is the backbone of this flavour packed mustard.
Our commitment to top quality ingredients continues with the addition of 18 year-old traditional balsamic vinegar.
This high quality 18 year old balsamic adds depth of flavour, richness and sweetness to round out the flavour of the cabernet franc.
Canadian brown mustard seed brings it all together with flavour and spice to create a complex, elegant mustard.
